It’s my pleasure to send you the second part of our 5 minutes series presenting our TCPS product. From the first part you’ve learned the major advantage and differentiating attribute of TCPS, namely the fact that the rule engine is able to handle all decision situations arising when evaluating a rule:

• does the rule permit: yes or no?
• if not all information are available for a yes/no decision: can we hope for a yes later?
• if no, how could it be yes?
• if not, why not?
