The keynote from Mr. Daniel Nemethy Director of KBC Services discussed the question, why Identity Management Systems have not helped in reducing complexity of Authorizations' management really?

Analyzing the problem with specialists at the round table we concluded that the main reason of this is that roles are defined rather from a technical instead of a business point of view, but unfortunately even correctly defined business Roles don't determine access rights in existing systems exactly, because a lot of dynamic restrictions (business rules) i.e. type of account and place and time of access etc.. should be applied also. T-Logic suggests TCPS - the Rule Engine developed by T-Logic - to provide the link between Roles and Elementary Access Rights.
