Definitions of terms and conditions:

• 5x8 means support availability during workdays from 9-17 o’clock in Hungary (CET).
• Calling for evaluation of free rules will not be counted, it doesn't reduce your ordered number of calls". The set of actual free rule(s) can be changed any time.
• In case of buying the licence, a yearly fee is due only from the beginning of the second year.
• In case of changing the model from renting to buying, the price can be reduced by the renting fee that has already been paid for the last 12 months.
• For maximum 50 calls/hour, the licence is free. In this case there is NO Service Level Advisory (SLA) provided. Access to the public TCPS support forum will be granted.
• SLA will be committed and provided by T-Logic only to requests of people with valid TCPS certification. In any other cases it is solely T-Logic's discretion how support requests will be handled.
• A problem is “critical” when life/production environment is effected in a way that normal operation can not be executed.
• A problem is “major” when life/production environment is effected in a way that normal operation can be done using workarounds only; or test environment is effected in a way that normal operation can not be executed.
• A problem is “minor” if it is neither “critical” nor “major” rather nice to have.
• Training material will be provided free with every licence, but a classroom training shall be ordered separately.
• For load testing purposes (non production) only you can get a free licence twice a year for 7 calendar days for an administration fee of 10.000 HUF.
• After calls are exceeding the licenced amount, the service will not be denied but delayed.
• Usage of free consulting hours should be requested in advance at least 2 workdays before the date of consultation.
